My Thoughts On The Zoella Fizz Bar
During my trip to England I managed to find some Zoella products in a Superdrug close to where I was. Out of the many Superdrugs in the area only one of them actually had Zoella products in stock, and even then they were few. Luckily they had the two products I was searching for, the 'Just Say Yes' Makeup Bag and the Fizz Bar.
The make up bag was actually for my younger sister (who actually preferred the Guinea Pig Makeup Bag, which they were out of) so I'm not sure how the bag holds up, though I'm sure I'll hear something if it breaks as it will somehow be my fault, but the fizz bar was a purchase for myself. Now I'm not too into baths because I find them so horribly boring, but my friend suggested that I try out some sort of bath bomb/fizz to make it more enjoyable.
I like the packaging for this fizz bar, it's simple and not too girly. I also like how the bar is split into 8 different blocks and it was fairly easy to break these pieces apart. The bar also had an amazing smell, still not 100% sure what that smell is but I like it which is a rare thing for me. Now everything was great until it actually came to using the fizz.
I dropped it into warm running water like it said to on the package and it fizzed, and fizzed, and fizzed... and then nothing. The water was the same color, there was no sorts of bubbles, and there was no longer any sort of smell. I only used one block (because I'm stingy and cheap) so that could make some sort of difference, and it might just be common knowledge (that I missed out on) that bath fizzes don't work the same as all of these bath bomb pictures I've seen, but I was overall really disappointed in the results. I ended up watching an episode of F.R.I.E.N.D.S on Netflix and so I guess in the end it all turned out okay!
